Zachary Todd is a business strategist and corporate advisor with expertise in private fund structuring, corporate strategy, and business execution. He has played a key role in launching private equity funds, leading efforts in investment structuring, fund operations, and due diligence frameworks. In addition to his work in private equity, he has invested in, founded, and operated businesses across healthcare, education, and business services, gaining hands-on experience in scaling operations, optimizing performance, and driving market expansion.

Previously, Zachary held leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, including Baker Hughes, Halliburton, and NOV, where he led North American business units, negotiated high-value contracts, and executed corporate growth strategies. He is the Founder of StrideRock Enterprises, a strategic consulting firm specializing in fund strategy, investment structuring, corporate growth, and negotiation advisory. Zachary is an alumnus of The Wharton School’s General Management Program for Executives (WMP’23) and holds a B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.
