Gina Betts is a corporate law expert with over 30 years of experience in fund formations, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity governance. As a partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, she has advised venture capital firms, private equity firms, portfolio companies, and family offices on legal structuring, risk mitigation, and complex transactions.

Her expertise ensures the 5IR Funds operates within a strong legal framework, safeguarding investor confidence and compliance. Gina holds a B.A. in Russian Language, History, and Political Science from Southern Methodist University and a J.D. from the Washington College of Law at American University, where she was a published member of the Law Review.
