Kyle Wiley is a government affairs and policy expert with extensive experience in technology, energy, and regulatory strategy. As Senior Manager of Global Government Affairs at ServiceNow, he leads initiatives at the intersection of government policy and emerging technology, driving industry-wide innovation and regulatory alignment.
Previously, he served as Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Energy during the Trump Administration, where he played a key role in industry engagement and technology commercialization. He also co-founded Connector, Inc., a government relations firm specializing in policy strategy for energy, AI, and defense sectors, and was a Federal Relations Advisor at Barnes & Thornburg LLP representing clients on legislative and regulatory matters.
His expertise in government relations, regulatory strategy, and emerging technology policy strengthens the 5IR Funds’ ability to navigate complex policy landscapes and identify investment opportunities in high-growth, highly regulated sectors. Kyle holds an M.A. in Management from Avila University and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia and serves on the Board of Directors for GET: Global Energy Transition and Data4America.
