Jason Adams is an investor, entrepreneur, and strategic advisor with expertise in deal structuring, capital raising, and business development across multiple industries. As Founder of The Athlete Group and Co-Founder of The Doctors Group, he has advised professional athletes and physicians on investment oversight, financial protection, and strategic deal structuring, ensuring long-term wealth preservation.

He has played a critical role in major public-private negotiations, contributing to high-profile infrastructure and sports-related deals, including Jerry Jones’ headquarters and the PGA’s relocation, as well as serving as an investor and board member in high-growth ventures spanning healthcare, technology, and consumer markets, such as the New Sublingual Delivery System Company and VYBE 5.

His expertise in M&A, financial strategy, and investment risk management strengthens 5IR Funds’ ability to support innovative, high-growth companies. Jason holds a B.S. from Colorado State University Pueblo.
